Projects are accepted for fit, not urgency.
We accept work when we can deliver a useful result honestly, safely and within an agreed written scope. A decline protects the quality of the decision and respects both sides.

Understand the question first. Check the boundaries next. Then confirm in writing whether we can help.
ORNX.PRO is an independent analytical and advisory project, not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian or trading-signal service. We do not accept work that requires deception, unlawful evasion or a guaranteed financial outcome.
- Context. We need to understand who owns the decision, what is at stake, and which parties or jurisdictions are involved.
- Fit. We check whether the question belongs to our work: research, due diligence, business models, risk, data or decision architecture.
- Integrity. The client must be willing to separate facts from assumptions, correct errors and avoid asking for fabricated evidence.
- Conflicts. We screen for conflicts, misuse of another party’s confidential information and any duty that could be compromised.
- Working model. The project must fit written communication, agreed timing, available sources and a clear decision owner.
- Commercial clarity. Scope, deliverables, fee, payment, timing, exclusions and change control must be agreed before work begins.
When we may decline respectfully
We may decline or stop a project when the risk cannot be reduced reasonably. We explain that calmly, without accusations and without exposing our internal scoring system.
- The request involves fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation or concealment of material facts.
- The work requires fabricated documents, false evidence, impersonation or covert political targeting.
- The client asks us to use another party’s confidential materials, personal data without a basis, private keys, seed phrases or asset access.
- The request is for trading signals, asset management, custody or guaranteed returns.
- The client cannot explain a lawful purpose, refuses minimum context, violates the written process or demands a result we cannot honestly promise.
- There is no agreement on payment, timing, decision ownership or the parties’ responsibilities.
A decline is not a judgement of the person
Where possible, we suggest a safer reframing: for example, a public-source review, a risk map or a neutral decision memo. If that is not possible, the conversation ends in writing and with respect.
ORNX.PRO is presented on this site as an independent project and brand. Specific contractual, tax and mandatory details are set in the written scope or agreement with regard to applicable law.
Editorial basis: 12 public references on client acceptance, conflicts of interest and ethical intake.

This page separates the primary signal, independent checking and the limitation that should remain visible.
A decision remains conditional where evidence is incomplete or time-sensitive.
