Payment starts with a written scope.
The price and payment sequence should be clear before work begins. We connect payment to an agreed question, result and checkpoints, not an undefined number of hours.
THE PRINCIPLE
We first record scope and price. Work starts after written approval and receipt of the agreed payment.
Pricing ranges are shown in USDC/USDT. Network, asset, wallet, fees, offer validity and any taxes are recorded in the written proposal or invoice.
HOW PAYMENT WORKSWritten scope, clear milestones and confirmed payment.
- Written proposal. Before payment, the client receives scope, output, timing, exclusions, price, currency and change rules.
- Deposit. A short brief is usually paid in full before work starts; a project uses an agreed deposit, often 50%, with the balance tied to a milestone or delivery.
- Milestones. A larger project is split into checkpoints, each with a deliverable, date and amount. The next stage begins after the prior stage is approved.
- Monthly advisory. A written advisory retainer is paid at the start of the month; availability and outputs are defined separately.
- Scope changes. A new jurisdiction, market, urgency, source or iteration is not added silently. We send a written change and revised price first.
- Late payment. Work and delivery may pause until cleared payment is received; interest or fees apply only when stated in the written agreement or invoice.
- Crypto payment. ORNX.PRO does not custody assets, sell tokens or manage funds. The client checks the network, address and fee before sending.
